Macosupdcombo10.13.4.dmg Download

I’m running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13 on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015) at work (iMac set up before I started my role). I am allowed to upgrade the iMac with the IT Dept’s permission but it simply will not accept any updates. It always boots up with a Recovery HD on the Desktop too.

I’ve downloaded the latest macOSUpdCombo10.13.4.dmg to the Desktop and ran that but still, the iMac will not accept it and once restarted I’m still on 10.13


Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so can you help?
